These small vanilla seeds serve as visual markers in the ice cream industry and find use in food decoration and cosmetic manufacturing. Despite being from exhausted vanilla beans, which lack fragrance and taste post-extraction, they are highly valued for their aesthetic appeal.
Ice cream producers extensively use these seeds to simulate the presence of real vanilla pods, circumventing the issue of industrial machines clogging when processing whole pods or seeds. Chocolate manufacturers also favor them for adding texture to their products without relying on artificial ingredients.

Variety / Origin:

Planifolia. Origin SAVA, Madagascar.

Manufacturing Process: Product made from 100% whole Bourbon vanilla bean seeds, with extraction, dehydration, and pasteurization carried out by us.
Moisture Content: 5%.
Storage:

Store in a dry place and away from light. 24 months in unopened vacuum-sealed packaging at <20°C.

Guarantee: The vanilla beans from which our vanilla seeds are derived are cultivated and refined using natural and traditional methods. We do not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides in our plantations. Our crops are grown without Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). We certify that the products are not sterilized by radiation.
